Day 1Airport - Negombo
Arrive at Colombo Bandaranaike Airport.
Our chauffeur-guide, who will be your travel companion throughout your tour of Sri Lanka, will meet you at the airport. You will then be transferred to your accommodation in Negombo and check in at the hotel.

Day 2Negombo - Kalpitiya
In the morning, after breakfast, travel to Kalpitiya (approximate drive duration: 3-4 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
In the evening, explore the surrounding area of Kalpitiya.
Nestled between beach and lagoon, Kalpitiya offers dolphin and whale watching, snorkeling at St. Anne's Reef, fishing, kite surfing, kayaking, cycling, water skiing, and windsurfing. The town also showcases colonial heritage sites such as the Dutch Fort and historic churches.
Day 3Kalpitiya - Wilpattu
After a relaxing breakfast, travel to Wilpattu (approximate drive duration: 1-2 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to your tent at the wild camp.
In the evening, enjoy the Wilpattu National Park safari (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
Discover Sri Lanka's largest and oldest sanctuary. Explore dense jungles, diverse wildlife, and the unique villu wetlands, where elephants, mammals, and birdlife thrive. Best visited between February and October, this safari promises an unforgettable experience.
Return to the camp and enjoy the night in the jungle.
Day 4Wilpattu - Anuradhapura
Today, after a relaxing breakfast, travel to Anuradhapura (approximate drive duration: 1-2 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
In the evening, visit the ancient city of Anuradhapura (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
Founded in the 5th century B.C., Anuradhapura was Sri Lanka's first capital for over 1,500 years. Highlights include royal palaces, temples, and the sacred Sri Maha Bodhi, the world's oldest documented tree, linked to Buddha's enlightenment.

Day 5Anuradhapura - Jaffna
After breakfast, travel to Jaffna (approximate drive duration: 3-4 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
In the evening, enjoy sightseeing in Jaffna City (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
Sri Lanka's northernmost city blends colonial heritage and Hindu tradition. Visit the majestic Nallur Kandaswamy Kovil, the iconic Public Library, and the British-built Clock Tower, while experiencing Indian cultural influences reflected in the food, streets, and vibrant festivals.
Return to the hotel and unwind.
Day 6Jaffna
After breakfast, travel to the northern tip of Sri Lanka (approximate drive duration: 1-2 hours).
Enjoy sightseeing in the northern region (activity duration: 3-4 hours).
Explore Jaffna's northern gems: Point Pedro's colonial traces, Casuarina Beach's white sands, Keerimalai's revered Naguleswaram Temple, historic Dambakola Patuna, and the unique Kadurugoda Viharaya stupas, offering a captivating blend of Hindu, Buddhist, and coastal heritage.
Return to the hotel and unwind.
Day 7Jaffna
After breakfast, travel to the port to catch the boat to Nagadeepa and Delft Islands (approximate drive duration: 1-2 hours).
First, sail to Nagadeepa Island (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
Nagadeepa, or Nainativu, is a sacred island in Palk Bay. Home to the revered Rajamaha Viharaya and Rajayathana Stupa, it marks Buddha's sermon of reconciliation and continues to attract pilgrims amid coconut groves, Palmyrah palms, and nearby Hindu shrines.
Afterwards, sail by boat to Delft Island (activity duration: 3-4 hours).
Delft Island is famed for its wild Portuguese horses, coral stone fences, and isolated beaches. Retaining haunting beauty and rural charm, it offers unique landscapes and is best visited between July and August for pleasant weather.

Day 8Jaffna - Trincomalee
After breakfast, travel to Trincomalee (approximate drive duration: 4-5 hours).
En route, make short stops at sightseeing spots in the northern region.
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
In the evening, enjoy a sightseeing tour around Trincomalee (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
Famed for its deep harbour and colonial past, Trincomalee offers the legendary Nilaveli and Uppuveli beaches, the vibrant Sri Pathrakali Amman Kovil, and the poignant Lover's Leap, blending history, spirituality, and coastal beauty into an unforgettable experience.

Day 9Trincomalee
In the morning, after breakfast, enjoy a boat ride to Pigeon Island (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
This marine national park near Trincomalee offers snorkeling and diving among coral reefs, turtles, reef sharks, and colorful fish. Comprising two islands, it is famed for its rich biodiversity and scenic coastal beauty.
In the evening, relax on Nilaveli Beach.
Located north of Trincomalee, Nilaveli is celebrated for its golden sands, swaying palms, and shallow waters. Nearby Coral Island provides a peaceful reef setting, perfect for memorable snorkeling and tranquil marine encounters.
Day 10Trincomalee - Sigiriya
In the morning, after breakfast, travel to Sigiriya (approximate drive duration: 2-3 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
In the evening, visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress (activity duration: 2-3 hours).
Celebrated by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World, Sigiriya is an ancient palace and fortress complex of immense archaeological importance. Rising 200 meters above the surrounding jungle, this volcanic rock plateau attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Day 11Sigiriya - Negombo
After a relaxing breakfast, travel to Negombo (approximate drive duration: 3-4 hours).
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel, unwind, and enjoy the golden sands and lively atmosphere of Negombo Beach, perfect for relaxation and seaside leisure.
Day 12Negombo - Airport
Today, you will be transferred to Colombo Airport to catch your flight home, carrying with you all the happy memories of the tropical isle of Sri Lanka.
